Kettlebells are a cast iron cannon ball weight used for ballistic exercise movements. Unlike normal weights Kettlebells centre of mass extends beyond the hand allowing you to perform more ballistic movements.
Kettlebells are great for core strengthening, cardiovascular fitness and flexibly.
My Kettlebell class will consist of a combined Kettlebell and HIIT routine; you will really see the difference from training using these techniques.

Location: Behind Bromham Village hall.
The class is a 6 week course consisting of 1 Kettlebell class and exercise and nutrition hand outs.
