Over the last 8 years of personal training I have seen that this time of year is great for really progressing clients. I feel this is because of the lighter mornings and evenings it gives us so much more energy and time. Once the clocks go forward at the end of March people get a lot more time in the evenings to be outside.
I feel that the people that start running or exercising in March progress quicker and find it easier to keep going throughout the rest of the year.
If your thinking of starting running, outdoor boot camp or personal training start now!! It gives you enough time to see a difference by the summer and in my opinion easier starting now rather than in January.
