I have trained a range of clients from marathon runners to a British Quad bike racer and even a professional golfer.

I have worked with local sports clubs arounds Bedford and Milton Keynes along with Individuals wanting to improve the key aspects of fitness in their sport.

I look to build the key muscles used for that sport as well as looking at the key aspects of fitness for that sport. For example if a footballer wanted to improve their fitness for football I would look at there cardio vascular fitness, agility, flexibility, core and leg strength.
