September is the month when the children go back to school, holiday season tends to end and people get into a routine. I have found throughout my years in the personal training industry that it is a great time to start to eat healthier and exercise more. People that start in September have a greater chance of reaching their goals.
The key to reaching your fitness goals are to set out times in the week that you can train and put them in your diary, this maybe after school drop off or before school pick up.
Heathy eating and exercise can also really help your children for the new school year, so do it as a family!!
