We train in all weathers come rain or shine, frost or snow! And the sessions are fun, friendly and enjoyable. We carry out a variety of different training exercises which include running, weights, circuits and interval training.
Training with Adam is great he is very encouraging and supportive. He is also very good at giving you that motivational push to make you work that little bit harder, something which I wouldn’t do if exercising alone.

“Discovering Adam Woodin was the result of a few months research into the whole “Personal Trainer” market. Certainly not a quick decision. However, it’s one that has proved extremely beneficial!
My reason for working with him must surely be the same as everyone else? I wasted money on Gym membership that I rarely used, that realistically took 2 hours out of my day/evening and quickly became disheartening. Adam however comes to me!
I started training twice a week with Adam in August 2011, shortly after my 40th Birthday, as I recognised that my 2 young children were significantly fitter and healthier than me. If I am completely honest, I had no great expectation that I would realise any benefit or even sustain a training program. However, In just the period to Christmas, Adam managed to help me lose a much needed 2 stone in weight and dramatically and very clearly improved my fitness. The weight loss was even more apparent when Adam asked me to carry a medicine ball weighing just 4 kg during training and pointed out that this represented just a third of the weight I used to carry! Improved fitness levels were apparent when I started to notice how quickly I recovered from each exercise and the additional work rate I achieved and strength I had gained.
With a morbid fear of running still deeply seated in my mind (failing at Cross Country as a schoolboy didn’t help) Adam’s training program has focussed on fitness through boxing. A strategy that works very well for me. I feel like I am developing a skill and releasing pent up stress through controlled aggression, whilst being worked surprisingly hard.
I think the key difference between working with Adam and Gym membership (other than the fact that its much harder to cancel a session with Adam) is that Adam cleverly tailors your program not only to your ability but also your mood! He pushes me when(ever) he can, increasing the work rate he asks for on almost a weekly basis, but he also recognises when this would be counter productive and will switch to a different and more suitable form of training
I can honestly say that I could not have lost the weight and improved my fitness without his help and hope that others will
