I am a personal trainer covering Milton Keynes, Olney, Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Passionate about keeping myself fit and healthy, I take regular exercise combined with a suitable balanced diet. I gained a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Hertfordshire, which has given me an extensive knowledge of health and fitness and I am a level 3 advanced instructor of the Register of Exercise Professionals, with full liability insurance and first aid training.
I have been working as a personal trainer for many years and through experience I know many people join gyms with the best intentions but rarely achieve their goals. My personal training sessions help you make lifestyle changes that are very hard to achieve without the additional support, guidance and motivation I can give.
