Exercise has many health benefits from reducing high blood pressure to reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
A number of my clients have seen dramatic changes in their health due to personal training sessions. I have seen client’s blood pressure decrease, resting heart rate decrease along with an overall feeling of being healthier.
On my initial consultation I take blood pressure along with resting heart rate. This can then be review as the personal training progresses. I also use a heart rate monitor during sessions, which gives an accurate indication of how hard you are training and how well you recover.
A combination of HIIT training, resistance training and stretching gives each personal training client the fulfilment in seeing the health benefits.
